Order reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, motion granted and complaint dismissed. Plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries she allegedly sustained when she tripped over office machinery wires on the defendants premises while working there. Special Term found that there existed "issues of fact regarding the nature of the relationship between the parties". We disagree.
